Ever been to a shopping mall and tried to find some decent food? Not easy! But the chefs at Ooze wanted to change all that...

Ooze Risotteria is located at Westfield London shopping centre in the 'first of its kind' food balcony in the country (a bit like an up-market food court!). We offer a great selection of Italian food, quickly and at fantastic value. You can choose from our speciality - risotto - freshly prepared to order, or a great selection of pasta, Italian salads, antipasti, salumis and cheeses. We also make proper panini using giant traditional sourdough ciabatta from our friends at Ticino bakery. We also do a range of piadina Italian flatbread wraps too - so lots of choice.

Our first love though is risotto. We experiment with new combinations, find old classic recipes, try new types of rice from remote farms in the north of Italy... As a result, we make a mean risotto, and that's pretty rare in London - just see a few of our reviews if you don't believe us!
