Our first love is risotto; we live, sleep, breathe and eat risotto. We experiment with new combinations, find old classic recipes, try new types of rice from remote farms in the north of Italy... As a result, we make a mean risotto, and that's pretty rare in London - just see a few of our reviews if you don’t believe us!
